These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and VanBurch Productions, LLC, concerning your access to and use of our video production services.
VanBurch Productions, LLC provides video production services including but not limited to pre-production planning, filming, editing, motion graphics, and delivery of final video assets. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual client contracts.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Ongoing production retainers are billed in advance of the service period. Late payments may result in a suspension of scheduling, filming, or delivery.
Clients agree to provide timely access to locations, personnel, approvals, brand assets, and other materials required for VanBurch Productions, LLC to perform the agreed-upon services. Delays in providing access may result in delayed project timelines.
Unless otherwise stated in the client agreement, all final deliverables created by VanBurch Productions, LLC become the property of the client upon full payment. Underlying methodologies, templates, and proprietary production workflows remain the property of VanBurch Productions, LLC.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice, unless a specific contract term has been agreed upon.
